Air-conveying

Our company relying on its own know-how can undertake the design, the supply and the installation of the equipment, as well as the operation of all air-conveying methods in various fields of the industry.

The pneumatic conveying systems are designed exclusively to meet the customer’s needs, depending on space requirements, distances and desired production capacity.

The air-conveying system consists mainly of inox pipelines F50 & F63.5.

The air-conveying system is combined with Silo & Dryers for the pneumatic conveying of raw material in  Dosomac dosing systems.

The study of the space and our experience allow for impeccable implementation and installation in the real conditions of each production line. The pipelines are placed on special supports designed by us, in order to achieve uniformity and enable future expansion of the network.

When needed, the pipeline system is installed in a way to allow levelling.

The major advantage of air-conveying is the elimination of all issues caused by screw systems.

Another advantage is the way air-conveying is combined with the Silos of materials.

The system is designed in such a way as to ensure uninterrupted operation of the system.

The power from the vacuums is always sufficient for conveying enough material.

Our experience led us to an innovative solution, in order for the system to operate independently of dosing systems or any other part that has to be fed by the system. This solution is implemented by manufacturing and installing Buffers, very close to the dosing systems-machines, of one or two compartments with capacity based on the daily consumptions of material Α΄.

Single Buffers have a capacity starting from 236Lt and have twelve (12) output terminals in order for twelve (12) different dosing systems to be able to be fed simultaneously by the same material.

Dual Buffers have a capacity starting from 362Lt (181Lt x 2) and have nine (9) output terminals in each compartment, in order for nine (9) different dosing systems to be fed by the same material simultaneously.

Each Buffer corresponds to (1) material, and therefore to one Silo. Respectively, two-compartment Buffers correspond to two (2) materials, therefore to two (2) Silos.

The Receivers on the entrance of the Buffers arrange to feed and fill the Buffers with raw material based on the demand of dosing systems during production.
